Crescent-Wrapped Pepper Jelly Brie

1 (8-ounce) can crescent rolls
1 (8-ounce) round brie cheese, about 4 inches in diameter
2 tablespoons hot pepper jelly
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cups red or green seedless grapes
1 kiwi fruit, unpeeled, sliced
3/4 cup fresh strawberries halves
1 orange, cut into wedges


Unroll crescents onto baking pan, and press firmly to seal perforations. Cut cheese horizontally into 2 equal layers. Place bottom half of cheese on center of crescent rectangle; spread jelly over cheese. Sprinkle with cilantro. Top with remaining cheese. Gather dough evenly around cheese and over top; twist to form bow. Brush dough with beaten egg. Bake at 350° for 20–25 minutes. Cool slightly before serving. To serve, arrange fruit around Brie.
