Rosemary Crumb Coating

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
3 tablespoons oils

Directions:

Combine all ingredients; toss to mix. May be kept refrigerated indefinitely in a covered container. To use, moisten chicken pieces or pork chops with water; roll in crumbs. Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil that has been sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes, until done. Discard any excess crumbs that were used to coat the meat.
