Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 pound ground beef
2 - 3 teaspoons oil
3/4 cup tomato juice
3 (8-ounce) cans tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
dash of garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 pound thin spaghetti (2 inches long)
1/4 pound grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Cook onion and beef in oil until lightly brown; drain. Add tomato juice, sauce, spices and sugar. Simmer until thickened. Cook spaghetti by package directions. Mix spaghetti with sauce mixture and 1/2 the cheese. Spread in baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 20–25 minutes. Cut into squares.
