Potato Soup
fruit salad
1 (12-ounce) bag dinner roll

Directions:

Get ready to CHOP! Chop extra potatoes for potato salad tomorrow and boil. While potatoes are boiling you will want to chop extra onions for later meals and celery for yakameishi. While you have you're knife and cutting board out and if you're in the mood do your chopping for the week, this will save you a lot of time and clean up. Go ahead and shred a whole block of cheese as you will be using that through the week. I like to store these in zip lock bags but anything airtight will do. Do your melon fruit salad at anytime. After dinner you can go ahead and throw your potato salad together because I like it best when it sits over night.
