Ingredients

Chicken Enchiladas
salsa
1/2 (16-ounce) bag tortilla chip
Green Bean/Red Pepper Medley

Directions:

With your chicken already cubed and cooked, your dinner will throw together rather easily. Your mozzarella chees is grated. Your onions are diced for your salsa. Tonight would be a good night to preapare Saturday's chicken kiev. It can marinate over night so all you have to do is pop it in the oven. Wash and snap enough green beans fo tomorrow's dinner too.
