Dan's Breakfast Chicken And Eggs For One

Ingredients

1 chicken or ruffed grouse (or remains after someone uses #00 buck shot instead of bird shot)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup beer
1 tablespoon canned chili
2 eggs

Directions:

Brown the "chicken" in a small amount of olive oil in a Dutch oven or skillet. Add the beer and simmer. Add the chiles and continue to simmer. Scoot the mixture over to one side of the pan and add the eggs. Cook over easy.
