Grilled Lamb Chops With Roasted Grape, Olive, And Walnut Relish

Ingredients

12 loin lamb chops, each 1 inch thick
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons sea salt
1 1/2 tablespoons freshly ground pepper
Roasted Grape, Olive, And Walnut Relish

Directions:

Prepare a fire in a charcoal grill or preheat a gas grill to medium-high. Rub the chops with olive oil and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.

Place the chops on the grill rack and cook for 4 to 6 minutes on each side for medium-rare. (Use a sharp knife to cut into one of the chops the meat should be juicy and pink.)

Serve with the relish.
