Yogurt-Shallot Sauce


Serves: 5
Total Calories: 24

Ingredients

1 cup plain yogurt
2 shallots large, minced (about 3 tablespoons)
3 tablespoons parsley minced fresh
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:

Blend all ingredients and chill in a covered jar until serving time.

Note: This sauce is low in calories and is excellent on broiled fish, lamb, cold meats, or hot or cold vegetables.
