Winter Fruit Cup

Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) can mandarin orange segment
12 dried apricots halves each and prunes, cut up
1 apple quartered, cored and sliced crosswise
2/3 cup raisins golden
1/3 cup orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ground

Directions:

At least 12 hours or up to 24 hours before serving:

Drain orange segments and place in a medium bowl with apricots, prunes, apple and raisins.

In a small bowl, mix orange juice, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon. Pour over fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Serve in dessert dishes or stemmed glasses.
