Watercress Salad Dressing

Ingredients

1/2 bunch watercress stems removed and leaves finely chopped
1 clove garlic minced
2/3 cup mayonnaise commercial or Basic
1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
1/ 8 teaspoon salt or to taste
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:

Place watercress and garlic in a blender container or food processor bowl cover. Blend or process until minced. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper process until uniform. Cover and chill.
