Southern Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

2 (4 1/2-ounce) jars peaches strained (baby food)
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup light molasses or maple syrup
2 cloves garlic minced
2 teaspoons Dijon style mustard
1 teaspoon ginger ground

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mix peaches, catsup, vinegar, molasses or maple syrup,garlic, mustard and ginger until blended.

Use as a basting sauce for Southern Barbecued Spareribs or during the last 30 minutes of grilling chicken. Baste meat frequently.
