Saint Patrick's Day Decoration

Ingredients

4 pounds potatoes new, small
3/4 pound nuts in shells
vegetable oil
1 Styrofoam® dome (4 inches in diameter)
1 shallow wooden or metal bowl (about 10 inches
2 sprays rust-colored dried eucalyptus leaves
1 yard bright green ribbon (3/4 to 1 inch wide)
Floral pick

Directions:

At least 1 hour before using:

Lightly coat potatoes and nuts with oil wipe off excess. Place Styrofoam in bowl. Mound potatoes in bowl. Fill in spaces with nuts and small sprigs of eucalyptus. Make a bow on a floral pick and insert into Styrofoam between potatoes. If making ahead, store in a cool, dry place. Arrangement will remain fresh for several days.
