Ingredients

Have Ready:
3/4 cup white rice long-grain white
2 cups water boiling
1 teaspoon salt
You'll Need:
2-quart ovenproof dish with lid
measuring cups
measuring spoons
mixing spoon
2 pot holders
serving bowl

Directions:

Putthe rice in a 2-quart ovenproof dish. Add 2 cups boiling water and salt. Stir. Cover dish with lid or tightly with foil. Put in a 350° oven and bake for 45 minutes. Remove and check to be sure grains of rice are soft. When guests are ready to eat, serve with Sweet and Sour Pork.
