1 medium lime = 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons juice
1 medium orange = 6 to 8 tablespoons juice

Directions:

How often do you need freshly squeezed juice? To maximize the amount you can get from fresh citrus, microwave one whole fruit at a time at 100% power (700 watts) for 30 seconds before cutting and squeezing.
