Drain pineapple reserve syrup. Add water to pineapple syrup to make 2 cups liquid. Heat to boiling remove from heat. Stir in lemon and lime gelatin until dissolved. Add cold water. Chill until thick but not set. Stir in pineapple, avocado and nuts. Pour into a 2-quart mold. Chill until firm.
To serve: Unmold on a serving dish surround with greens. Serve with a bowl of mayonnaise.
