Lima Beans And Mushrooms

3 tablespoons butter real
1/4 cup celery thinly sliced
1/2 pound mushrooms fresh, sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 pound lima beans fresh, cooked and drained
1/3 cup cream


Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Add celery and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add mushrooms and sauté, stirring, for 3 or 4 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine lima beans, cream, and celery-mushroom mixture in a saucepan. Bring just to boiling point. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately.
