1 1/2 teaspoons oregano dried, crushed
1 teaspoon unsweetened baking chocolate grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg ground
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon sage dried, crushed
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
You'll Need:
medium bowl
can canopener
measuring spoons
grater
mixing spoon
* See note below.
1 (14-ounce) package hot roll mix
1/2 teaspoon oregano dried, crushed
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Directions:

* Mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Set aside. Crust: Have Ready: *Heat oven to 450°. In a medium mixing bowl, prepare the dough using the directions on the package, adding oregano, onion powder, and garlic powder to the yeast-water mixture. Mix well with a fork. Do not set the dough aside to rise. Divide the dough in half. Using a rolling pin, roll each half on a lightly-floured surface into a 14-inch diameter circle. Dip a paper towel into the solid shortening and spread a thin layer on 2 14-inch pizza pans or cookie sheets. Fit the dough onto the pans and brush each crust with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Set the timer and bake in the oven on the bottom shelf for 7 minutes. Using potholders, remove the crusts from the oven and place on cooling racks.

Topping:

Have Ready:
*In a medium skillet fry sausage lightly over medium-high heat for 2 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon. With a slotted spoon, remove the sausage to paper towels to drain. Spread each baked pizza crust with half of the prepared sauce and top with half of the sliced cheese. Sprinkle half the sausage, pepperoni, and mushrooms on each pizza and return to the bottom shelf of a 450° oven. Set the timer and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the topping is bubbly and lightly browned.
