Fruit Yogurt Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen
1 or 2 tablespoon honey
1 (1-pound) can crushed pineapple packed in its own juice (undrained)
1 1/2 cups dry milk powder
1 banana ripe, peeled and chunked
1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
3 eggs white
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
3 tablespoons honey

Directions:

Blend first 8 ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Beat egg whites until frothy add cream of tartar and beat until stiff peaks form. Slowly add honey continuing to beat until stiff and shiny. Fold into fruit mixture. Place in freezer in covered container. Just before it freezes solid, remove and spoon into large bowl of electric mixer. Beat until light and fluffy. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and return to freezer until frozen, about 2 hours.
