Fish A La Russe

1 onion medium, sliced
4 white fish white fish fillets
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon parsley dried


Preheat oven to 400°.

Place onion slices in bottom of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

Pat fish dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll up, starting at narrow end. Place fish rolls, seam-side down, on top of onion. Cover with foil.

Bake for 25 minutes or until thickest portion of fish flakes easily.

In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise, sour cream, chili sauce and parsley until blended. Pour over fish rolls. Bake, uncovered, for about 5 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and heated through.

"Serve with seasoned rice and green beans or broccoli."
