Ingredients

* See note below.
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon dill weed dried weed or 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
2 tablespoons green onions minced
Several drops of hot pepper sauce
8 ounces tiny cocktail shrimp cooked
2 tablespoons parsley minced fresh

Directions:

* Cook enough spaghetti, allowing 1/4 to 1/3 pound uncooked spaghetti per person, depending on appetites. Drain and toss spaghetti with butter, olive oil, or a combination of both (just enough to keep the pasta from sticking). Place in a large heated shallow bowl or platter surround with smaller bowls of Creamy Shrimp Sauce, Tomato Sauce with Basil, and Pesto Sauce, and the Meat Sauce used with the Sardinian Lasagne. Let each guest top his serving of spaghetti with a favorite or combination of sauces. Serve with a tossed mixed green salad, garlic Italian bread, and a fresh fruit compote decorated with fresh mint leaves for dessert. Blend creams with cornstarch in a saucepan. Bring just to a boil, simmer and stir constantly, until mixture thickens. Add dill and onion simmer for 1 minute. Season with hot pepper sauce add shrimp and continue cooking just to heat through. Garnish with parsley.
