Chocolate Icing

Ingredients

2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
2 tablespoons butter real
1/4 cup milk
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar sifted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate and butter. Add milk and blend well. Remove from heat, add powdered sugar and vanilla beat until smooth and slightly thickened.
