Banana Shakes


Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 cups milk
3 bananas, ripe, peeled, frozen, broken into piece

Directions:

Place milk in blender or food processor. With blender or processor in action, slowly add frozen banana pieces to milk until shake is as thick and creamy as desired.

Variations
Chocolate Banana Shakes: Add 2 to 4 tablespoons or more Chocolate Syrup (recipe in this cookbook).

Fruit Shakes: One or 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate is a nice addition to Banana Shakes. Or pineapple juice may be used instead of milk, along with fresh strawberries, yogurt, or nuts. The principle of freezing fruit and blending with milk, lemon juice and sugar to taste offers limitless possibilities for nutritious quick drinks.
