Skillet Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 quart canned fruit

Directions:

Melt margarine in an oven-proof skillet. In a medium mixing bowl, sift together flour and sugar stir in milk. Pour into skillet over margarine add fruit. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned.
