Beef Dip Sandwich


Serves: 10

Ingredients

2 onions sliced into rings
2 1/2 cloves garlic, minced
2 1/2 tablespoons margarine
2 1/2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans beef broth
1 1/4 teaspoons oregano
2 tablespoons pepper
30 ounces corned beef, sliced
10 hoagie buns

Directions:

1. In a saucepan, mix the onion, garlic, and margarine on medium heat until the onions and garlic are tender.
2. Stir in the broth, oregano, and pepper. Bring to boil. After mixture is brought to a boil, reduce heat to low and let simmer, uncovered, for about 10 minutes.
3. Add beef and return heat to a boil. After the beef and other ingredients start to boil, reduce heat again to low, uncovered, for about 5-7 minutes.
4. Remove the beef and onions from the mixture. Place on your hoagie bun and serve.
