Ingredients

1 quart pineapple juice
2 cups soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup fresh ginger, sliced
2 tablespoons garlic, crushed
5 pounds chicken wings, sectioned and tipped, or 3-lbs pre-sectioned wings

Directions:

In a 1 gallon ziplock bag, combine all ingredients and mix well. Section wings, and place into bag, set tips aside in 1 qt. water. Boil tips for chicken broth for other uses.

Place wing sections into marinade and let marinate for 2 hours minimum, overnight is best. Preheat a 12” Dutch oven and drain marinade from wing sections, saving marinade for another batch of wings. Place wings into well oiled Dutch oven and bake covered for 45 minutes at 350°F. Serve hot.
