Pioneer Honey Candy


Serves: 18

Ingredients

2 cups honey
1 cup sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients. Cook over medium heat until it reaches hard crack stage when dropped in cold water. Pour onto a buttered pan or cookie sheet. When cool enough to handle, take small amounts and putt between your hands until it is golden in color, and holds a consistent shape. Stretch out long and cut into 1/2” long pieces
