Randie N. shares her Recipe "I made gelatin recipes often-they helped my nausea. This one is cool and comforting."

A NOTE from DR. GHOSH
During times of nausea, gelatin can help settle the stomach. To lessen the nausea, avoid acidic, sweet and high-fat foods. Crackers and dry toast can help combat nausea in the morning. Drinking plenty of fluids can also be a big help.
