SUCCESS TIP
If your bread machine has a 2-pound vertical pan, the loaf will be short, but still will have good texture and flavor. If your bread machine has a horizontal pan, however, there isn't enough dough to make a good loaf of baked bread.

Sandwich Board
Here's how to make quick and easy Parmesan Cheese Breadsticks. Spread toasted slices of this garlicky basil bread with margarine or butter. Sprinkle generously with grated or finely shredded Parmesan cheese. Cut each piece of toast into 1-inch sticks. Kids love them, especially for dunking into a bowl of their favorite soup for a quick lunch.
