Granola Pancakes


Serves: 6
Total Calories: 85

Ingredients

2 cups Reduced-Fat Bisquick®
1 1/2 cups fat free skim milk
1/4 cup fat-free cholesterol free egg substitute , 2 egg whites or 1 egg
1/2 cup low-fat granola cereal
banana slices, if desired
maple syrup, if desired

Directions:

1. Heat griddle or skillet grease if necessary.

2. Stir Bisquick, milk and egg product in medium bowl until blended. Stir in granola. Pour batter by a little less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.

3. Cook until edges are dry. Turn cook until golden brown. Serve with remaining ingredients and, if desired, additional granola.
