Vegetable-Pasta Salad

Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) package pasta shell, cooked and drained
1 1/2 pounds fresh asparagus, blanched, cut into 4-inch pieces
1 pound fresh sugar snap peas, blanched
6 green onions, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into julienne strips
Lemon Mayonnaise
LEMON MAYONNAISE
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried tarragon leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except Lemon Mayonnaise in large bowl toss. Stir in Lemon Mayonnaise until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Mix all ingredients until well blended.
