Ingredients

8 slices pumpernickel bread , cut in half
Lettuce leaves
12 ounces thinly sliced cooked turkeys
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 cup reduced-fat thousand island salad dressing
Whole ripe olives

Directions:

Top 4 bread halves with one-fourth of the lettuce, turkey, tomatoes, eggs and dressing. Garnish with olives. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
