Oven-Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 pounds cut up broiler fryer chicken
3/4 cup chili sauce or ketchup
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground mustard (dry)
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce

Directions:

Heat oven to 375°. Place chicken, skin sides up, in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 9 2 inches. Mix remaining ingredients pour over chicken.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Spoon sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.

Prepared horseradish can be mild, as far as horseradish goes, or it can be eye-watering hot! Look for it in the refrigerated section near refrigerated pickles or in the ketchup and mustard section of your supermarket
