Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2.5 ounces coconut oil
1 ounce almond oil
2 ounces shea butter
1 ounce beeswax pellets

Directions:

In a heatproof container, such as a pyrex measuring cup, melt beeswax, shea butter, and coconut oil. This can be melted on high in the microwave on 30-second intervals, stirring after each, or you can melt over a double boiler on the stovetop. Once melted add the almond oil. Place in the refrigerator for a couple of minutes just to cool down a bit before adding the remaining ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, brown sugar and nutmeg. Now add your dry ingredients to your melted oils. Stir just enough to mix thoroughly and now scoop into your molds. Use a spatula to press the mixture down into your molds. Clean up any remaining mixture on top of the mold. Keep in freezer until ready to use. In the shower massage the scrub bar into the area of your body youÕd like to exfoliate. Rinse with warm water.
