FEATURED RECIPE: Trick Banana Bread

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup mashed banana
1 cup grated zucchini

Directions:

Mix together eggs, oil, and vanilla. Add all other ingredients besides the bananas and vegetables. Mix together well. Add in bananas, carrots, and zucchini and mix well. Grease and flour two loaf pans. Bake a 350° for 50-60 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
