Hi Judy,

To install, click to www.dvo.com and scrolling slightly, you will see a "Download for Windows" button and a "Download for Mac" button. Click one of those two buttons. Then open the application and sign into your cloud account.

Once everything syncs, close the application, open it up again, and it should then update!
