QUESTION:

Hope this will make you all smile. I was syncing my Cookn’ data to a new laptop encountered a error. When the data arrived all my Menus were gone! This was distressing because I rotate about 3 years menus. (No judgement please.) So I went to my old laptop and when I fired up Cookn I had to re-input my credential and OH NO it syncd gave me same error with menus all gone.

I had just logged on to request tech help and was typing in my problem when Cookn’ was again trying to sync my data onto my new laptop and voila! Everything was back as normal. I did an immediate back up just incase things went sideways again.

Moral of the story is, Cookn’ support is SO magical that they can fix your issue telepathically while creating a help ticket.
