Garlic Ramen Popcorn


Revamp your snack routine by adding garlic and ramen seasoning to microwaved popcorn.

Ingredients:
2-3.5 ounces bags microwave popcorn, popped and hot
4 scallions, green parts only, thinly sliced
1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter
2 seasonings packets from chicken-flavored ramen (feel free to substitute another flavor)
2 cloves garlic, grated


Directions:
Add the popcorn and scallions to large bowl. Combine the butter, ramen seasoning and garlic in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook until the butter is melted and the garlic is golden but not brown. Pour over the popcorn and toss well.
