Purchase an extra 11/2 pounds Brussels Sprouts to be used day 3 in Shaves Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate Orange Vinaigrette and Pecans. You can begin to prep then sprouts by trimming and removing the outer leaves.

Reserve 2 Sweet Potatoes to be cut up and used day 2 in Roast Pork and Sweet Potatoes.

Use the reserved sweet potatoes from day 1 to be cooked with the pork today.

Cook enough Roast Pork to use in the Roasted Pork Sliders on day 4.
