Double the Pulled Chicken recipe so you will have enough leftover (2 cups) to make Quesadillas for Meal 4.



Meal 3: Steak Diane

Make the Steak Diane: Buy an additional 8 oz. strip steak. Cook the steak with the others to desired doneness, in step one. Let cool and refrigerate. This additional steak will be used for Meal 5, Garlic & Herb Steak Pizza.

Use the Pulled Chicken that you made in the crockpot for Meal 1, in place of cooing more. If you made more than you use for the Quesadillas, it is also great on a pizza.

To make the Garlic and Herb Steak Pizza, use the steak you had leftover from the Steak Diane, Meal 3. Slice as directed and top the pizza. You may need to bake the pizza a few minutes longer to ensure the steak is warmed.
