Ingredients:
| 1 tablespoon | olive oil |
| 1 pound | boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes |
| 1 cup | chopped green bell pepper |
| 1 cup | chopped onion |
| 3 | garlic cloves, minced |
| 1 tablespoon | paprika |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | oregano leaves |
| 1 teaspoon | ground cumin |
| 1/4 teaspoon | red pepper flakes, crushed |
| 1 (15-ounce) can | black beans, drained and rinsed |
| 1 (15-ounce) can | great northern beans, drained and rinsed |
| 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can | diced tomato |
| 1 cup | chicken broth |
| 1 cup | frozen corn |
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, bell pepper, onion, and garlic; cook and stir 6 to 8 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned. Add paprika, oregano, cumin, and red pepper flakes; mix well.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 minutes.
