Chicken Black Bean Chili

I like to serve this with sour cream, shredded cheese, and Frito's corn chips.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano leaves
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15-ounce) can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomato
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup frozen corn

Directions:

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, bell pepper, onion, and garlic; cook and stir 6 to 8 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned. Add paprika, oregano, cumin, and red pepper flakes; mix well.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 minutes.
