5 Day Meal Plan
This week features meals suited for freezeing. When preparing the meals, freeze the extras to have another day. At the end of the week, you will have at least one week of freezer meals.

When preparing chicken, grill an additional 3 chicken breasts to shred for
Day 5, Chicken Enchilada Rice Casserole.
When preparing Corn and Black Bean Salad, chop any veggies that you will us on Day 5, Pizza Pockets. If you are using fresh corn in the salad, prepare more for Chicken and Rice Casserole on Day 4.
Prepare peppers and onions for Day 4, Caramelized Onions and Peppers when chopping peppers for Corn and Black Bean Salad.
Add Meal Plan to Cook'n
Shred cheese for Twice Baked Potatoes and enough for Cheddar and Jalapeno Muffins on Day 3 and Chicken Enchilada Rice Casserole on Day 4.
