Cook'n is the best selling recipe organizer

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar
4 eggs, beaten
4 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate
1 cup unsalted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups , chopped pecans

Blend sugar and eggs together for one minute set aside. Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler, stirring until smooth let cool to room temperature. Stir into egg mixture until just blended add vanilla. Mix in flour and nuts until just blended spread into an ungreased 13" x 9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes cool and cut into squares.
