Crock Pot Roast

Serves 6

Ingredients:

3 to 4 pounds crossrib or beef chuck roast
1/4 cup or 1 package onion soup mix
2 cups water
2 teaspoons beef bouillon

Place roast in crock pot. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Dissolve bouillon in water and pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. Remove roast from pot. Pour drippings into pan to make into gravy.
