Kielbasa and Sauerkraut
Serves 8
Ingredients:
1 medium onion2 pounds kielbasa
2 (32-ounce) packages sauerkraut
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
1 cup apple cider
1 Slice 1 onion into thin strips and caramelize.
2 Drain and rinse sauerkraut.
3 Slice kielbasa into 1-inch lengths.
4 Combine water, cider and brown sugar.
5 Combine all ingredients well in crock pot.
6 Cook on high 6 hours.
