Salmon Patties with Sour Cream-Dill Sauce

Serves 4

Ingredients:

Sour Cream Dill Sauce (see recipe below)
1 large egg
2 tablespoon milk
1 (14 3/4-ounce) can red or pink salmon , drained, skin and bones removed and salmon flaked
2 medium green onion , chopped (2 tablespoons)
1 cup soft bread crumbs (about 1 1/2 slices bread)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1. Make Sour Cream-Dill Sauce refrigerate.

2. Beat egg and milk in medium bowl with spoon. Stir in remaining ingredients except oil. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 4 inches in diameter

3. Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook patties in oil about 8 minutes, turning once, until golden brown. Serve with sauce.

Sour Cream-Dill Sauce
1/3 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed

Mix all ingredients.
