Barbecued Fish Fillets

Serves: 4


  Download this recipe.

4 frozen breaded fish fillets
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce


Preheat oven to 400°.

Arrange fish in a single layer in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan; set aside.

In a small bowl, mix barbecue sauce, onion, chili powder and hot pepper sauce until blended. Spoon onto top of fish.

Bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve with buttered new potatoes, French-cut green beans and a fruit salad.
