1 pound ground beef, cooked
1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste
1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 (8-ounce) package frozen cauliflower
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Sauté beef with mushrooms and garlic. Stir in mayo, salt, and pepper.
3. Place cauliflower into 9 x13-inch pan. Spoon mushroom mixture over the cauliflower. Sprinkle cheese over all, and bake for 20 minutes.
