Cook an additional pound of steak to use in Grilled Skirt Steak Gyros on day 5.

Cook a large enough pork roast to be able to have 2 pounds of leftovers to make BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos on day 4.
Use the pork you cooked on day 2 for today’s nachos.

Use the skirt steak you grilled on day 1 for today’s gyros.
