Water Cup Poll

When my kids get thirsty, they go to the cup drawer (we use a cup drawer instead of a “cup board”), get a cup, fill it with water, take two sips, and then set it on the counter. With 5 kids (and their friends), there are some days where they will go through an amazing number of cups.

What is your suggestion to Dan's water cup problem?

We used to use disposable paper and plastic cups but it seemed like a waste. So, I bought small plastic cups instead so I can fit more in the dishwasher. And, sometimes, I’ve been known to dump the water and put the cup back in the cup drawer. But none of these ideas seem like a really good solution.

I considered putting their names on the cups but I wasn’t sure if that was a good idea either. Rather than reinvent the wheel (or the kitchen as the case may be), I was wondering if any of our Cook’n Newsletter Subscribers have any suggestions.
