Slow Cooker Miracles

            It is such a good and faithful friend: You come home after a long day and the house smells as if someone has been slaving in the kitchen for hours. Are you overlooking your slow cooker? There are a countless number of meals that can be thrown into a slow cooker. You can even make a chocolate cake. Before your day gets too crazy, just load up the slow cooker, flip the switch, and then you can spend your day your way. Chocolate Crock Pot Cake

1 chocolate fudge cake mix - or your favorite chocolate mix
8 oz sour cream
1 c semisweet chocolate chips
1 c water
4 eggs
3/4 c vegetable oil
1 4 serving size instant chocolate pudding mix

Mix everything together and pour into a lightly greased crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or 3-4 hours on high.
